Needs Analysis in Curriculum Design: Language Needs of Tourism Students

In this study, the main aim was to reveal English language needs of tourism students for their future profession. Regarding obtained from students, graduates, content experts and employers in sector, goals objectives Vocational Course were set. The data collected through analysis questionnaires semi-structured interviews. 70 school where researcher works, 112 graduates Tourism Hotel Management program, 9 51 working sector answered questionnaire. 8 11 2 5 took part interviews voluntarily. After questionnaire administered four groups participants, analyzed SPSS 20. On other hand, while analyzing qualitative data, recordings transcribed by researcher. Then, a list codes developed Wen (2010) drawn on coding. results indicated that 4 skills (reading, listening, speaking writing) important but particularly listening profession emphasized.
